How We Use Information We use your information to provide the service, maintain security, and deliver reporting features you request. ## 4. Third-Party Processing - Xero and QuickBooks: we access your data only for the scopes you authorize. - AI commentary (optional): when enabled, we may send report summaries to an AI provider to generate narrative commentary. - We do not use Xero API data to train AI or machine learning models. ## 5. Data Storage and Retention We retain your data while your account is active or as required for compliance and auditing. Tokens are encrypted at rest.
