- Accounting data you authorize via integrations (for example: accounts, balances, reports, and metadata from Xero or QuickBooks).
- Usage and audit logs needed for security, compliance, and troubleshooting.
## 3. How We Use Information
We use your information to provide the service, maintain security, and deliver reporting features you request.
## 4. Third-Party Processing
- Xero and QuickBooks: we access your data only for the scopes you authorize.
- AI commentary (optional): when enabled, we may send report summaries to an AI provider to generate narrative commentary.
- We do not use Xero API data to train AI or machine learning models.
## 5. Data Storage and Retention
We retain your data while your account is active or as required for compliance and auditing. Tokens are encrypted at rest. You can disconnect integrations at any time to stop further data access.
